Great backyard complete with deck. A great place for those family backyard barbecues. Plenty of privacy without the "closed in" feel with neighboring houses right on top of you.
Most of the backyard is wooded and does not require mowing.However, there is a patch of lawn on one side that provides a nice view of the street and has room for games and/or a swing set.
