The basement has two separate rooms and an expanded laundry room complete with folding area. It has an entry hall that exits to the garage. There is not a dedicated walk-out exit other than the exit to the garage.The pictures show the back room of the basement. There is a door between the front and back room allowing for privacy between the two rooms.
It can be used as a bedroom, theater/family room, or a private office. I currently have a sauna set up in the back of the room (picture displayed is older).
These pictures are older and the basement has been recently painted with neutral colors.
